Going back to the simple things in life, that do not cause stress to your body or skin, or to the environment. A full-bodied exfoliate is the starting point, to stimulate the body to start detoxing. We wrap you up in our anti-aging mud and give you a head massage, while the pull of the clay does its work. After a shower, come back to the table for a massage to suit, using our synergetic blend of organic oil. We finish the treatment with a simple facial, using anti-aging products.

Buddha Bliss Treatment

At Massage Blue Mountains we love what we do, and our favourite treatment is this one. You start with a body exfoliate and warm mud wrap. While you lay and relax, our staff will send you to heaven with an Ayurvedic warm oil head massage for 20 minutes. You are then gently aroused back to reality, to rinse off skin and hair, using natural shampoo & conditioner. Using ancient Ayurvedic oils, you are then massaged for 90 minutes. You finish the treatment with a 30-minute organic facial.

Essential Essence

Totally organic treatment. Start with a coffee body polish, relax in a wrap while do a Massage Blue Mountains foot express treatment, then shower. Followed by a 60-minute massage using Massage Blue Mountains' synergetic blend of organic massage oil and essential oils. Finish with a 30-minute facial to suit your skin type.

Joyful Package

Simple, effective, and plenty of time to unwind. A one-hour massage to suit your needs, dependent on your therapist for the day. Finish with an organic facial. For both men and woman - we have products to make you look and feel fantastic.

Hawaiian Heaven

In Kahuna, the first thing you learn is, "all bodies are beautiful." You are assessed by your therapist who will start the treatment with the beautiful "Heart Kahuna" massage to de-stress, calm and sooth. Dependent on the individual, and the therapist, therapeutic work will follow. It may be a combination of more Kahuna, Remedial or Raindrop Therapy, or Reflexology. This is the "ultimate" massage treatment, for those who truly need to unwind from the pressures of life.

Sportspersons Package

From a massage specialist’s point of view, this is one of the best, for him or her. Dependent on your therapist, this is either Remedial or Raynor Technique. This massage not for the faint-hearted. In Eastern traditions, massage was used to "get you back to work, and fast." You can release tension or pressure from the body that accumulates from daily life. Chronic or systemic problem sufferers can benefit greatly from this technique. Pressure points, meridians, and muscles are the target to move your "energy or chi and stagnant blood" around the body. This off-loads your pressures, and enables you to be present, and relaxed. Contraindications can apply so your therapist will advise of wether this is suitable.

Chinese Delight

This package of Chinese massage, finishing with Reflexology, dependent to the therapist, will bring you home to yourself. Pressure to suit every individual.

Soul Healing...

One-hour massage and a half-hour treatment of your choice:

  • a facial to sooth your self for him or her after the massage

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Treatment

Delivered on a mat on the floor, we start with both oil and a powder on your skin – either Vekrand powder which will detoxify and stimulate, or Ashwagandha powder to strengthen and relax. You have 75 minutes of massage and Yoga stretches to get your chi and circulation moving, promoting a greater range of joint mobility. Great if you really want to feel fantastic, or to improve your Yoga practice. After the initial treatment, there is a 15-minute meditation, followed by a shower to refresh your skin. We then apply a suitable Ayurvedic oil to moisturise and nourish your skin.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient way of healing the body from many problems - muscular, systemic and emotional. In traditional Chinese medicine, healthiness results from a harmonious balance between the complementary extremes (yin and yang) of the life force known as qi or chi. This treatment can be added on after other treatments or packages.
